◆According to the workpiece, there are [constant voltage] [constant current] and [constant power] operation modes to choose from.
◆Built-in monitor notifies you with a buzzer when the number of welding times is counted up and when the welding conditions such as voltage and current are out of range.
◆The welding current is directly controlled by transistors, transformer is unnecessary.
◆Polarity switching type power series of UDT-B can reduce electrode consumption, reduce the influence of Peltier effect, and achieve uniform and stable weld nugget.
The picture above shows series welding (2 electrodes), which is mostly used for welding different metals.
According to the principle of Peltier Effect, after the current flow from the positive to the negative electrode,
different sizes of nuggets will be formed at point A and point B. Switch the polarity and energize (negative
→positive), and 2 weld nuggets of the same size will be formed.
