<Optional functions>
■ Laser distance measurement function
Before welding, use laser ranging to confirm that the workpiece has been compressed and has no
deformation, so as to prevent false welding and fried welding.
■ Shield injection
Blowing protective gas inside the jig to ensure that the top of the solder joint is filled with inert gas, thus
preventing oxidation of the solder joint and keeping the appearance perfect.
■ Airknife
It is suitable for short-focus welding in limited space, which can prevent light path deviation and energy
attenuation caused by welding spatter adhering to the lens.
■ CCD positioning
The welding position of the product can be accurately determined by CCD photography, so as to ensure
the consistency and overall beauty of the welding points.
■ Dust and smoke removal
The spatter residue and smoke generated during welding will be sucked away by the smoke purifier to
ensure the internal cleanness of the equipment and the non-pollution of the surrounding air.
High precision welding (±0.05mm) is possible. High-strength, uniform and smooth weld nuggets can be expected. The welding condition can be constantly checked with a CCD camera. |
